Covid-19 Update

To our family of patients,
As I mentioned in my message last week, the health and safety of our patients is our main priority. We also have a responsibility to the wider community which is made up of our families, friends and those we interact with. As the Governor has declared a state of emergency and restricted many businesses from remaining open, we feel a special responsibility to make decisions that are in line with those concerns. We too should do everything possible to stem the transmission of COVID-19, the coronavirus.
We recognize the uncertainty this global health issue is creating and the decisions we are making rely heavily on the guidance received from the CDC, the Maryland Department of Health, the American Dental Association and our own sense of communal responsibility.
Although it has not been mandated, The Baltimore Center of Advanced Dentistry has chosen to cancel all patient appointments until further notice. We will, however, be available to you for dental emergencies where pain and swelling are present. You may also contact us by phone or text should you have any concerns regarding your dental care. WE WILL BE THERE FOR YOU SHOULD THE NEED ARISE. Please do not hesitate to contact us when in need or if you have questions or concerns regarding your health or your treatment.
If you happen to know of any family members, friends, co-workers or neighbors who are unable to see their own dentist because of limited availability, AND they have an emergency need, we would be happy to see them for any necessary treatment in our office. We will also happily refer them back to their regular dentist after completion of their requested dental treatment. Our purpose here is to serve others who may be in need of care.
My amazing dental team and I want to THANK YOU for entrusting us with caring for your oral health! We value our relationships with you, and we assure you that we are doing everything we can to continue to provide you with excellent experiences in our office. We are also dedicated to protecting your health, and the health of all those in our communities and beyond.

When facing these challenging and uncertain times, we can overcome virtually anything when we all work together.
