Vicki has been with the BCAD team since 2018, with more than 15 years experience as an office manager. You will always be greeted by Vicki's sparkling smile when you enter our office. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and traveling to exotic locales with her husband, Chris, and spending quality time with their three daughters.
Melanie Ceasar
Dental Hygienist
Melanie is the longest serving staff member on our team. We have to be careful not to call her the oldest member of our team. Melanie graduated from Baltimore City Community College over 30 years ago with a degree in Dental Hygiene and has been at the Baltimore Center of Advanced Dentistry since 1994. Additionally she has a degree in Community Health from Towson University. Melanie is passionate about her work and takes pride in the wonderful care she provides. She is dedicated to our patients, many of whom she has treated for years, and treats all of her patients with respect and compassion. Melanie enjoys reading and traveling. She lives in Baltimore County with her husband, Milton, and her wonderful grandchildren.
Christine Desimone
Dental Assistant
Christine has been part of the BCAD team since 2014. She has been in the Dental Assisting field for over 30 years. Christine brings to BCAD experience in Oral Surgery, General Dentistry and Pediatric Dentistry. In particular, Christine is wonderful at relaxing patients who may be uncomfortable in the dental chair. Her empathetic manner places all who come in contact with her at ease. Christine has become the Chief Designer for our state of the art Same Day Crowns program.
Carol Grago
Dental Assistant
Carol has been part of the BCAD team since 2019. Carol comes to us with over 30 years of experience and working in all aspects of General Dentistry with specialties in Periodontal Treatment and Oral Surgery. Carol is known for making patients feel at ease with her comforting banter and soothing care. Carol is married to Timothy and has three grown children and two grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys camping and quilting.
